Clients may request cancellation of a project before development work begins. If work has already started, cancellation charges may apply based on the amount of work completed.
Advance payments are generally non-refundable because they cover project planning, consultation, research, resource allocation and initial development activities.
Since every website is custom-designed and developed according to the client's requirements, completed development work is non-refundable.
Monthly SEO, Google Ads management and digital marketing services involve continuous planning, optimisation and campaign management. Fees already paid for completed work are non-refundable.
Payments made towards domain registration, web hosting, SSL certificates, premium themes, plugins, software licenses, stock images or third-party services cannot be refunded once purchased.
Delays caused by the client's failure to provide content, approvals, credentials or required information shall not qualify for a refund.
If you believe the agreed scope of work has not been delivered, please contact us. We will review the issue and make reasonable efforts to resolve it before considering any refund request.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
